Joost Schreuders is a versatile artist active in music, theater, and visual arts. In the 1990s, he was a member of the experimental band Schickx, which also featured the Dutch-German poet and singer Joris Schiks. This musical theater combined music and poetry in groundbreaking projects. Schickx has performed at various festivals, including Crossing Border and North Sea Jazz. Joost's work has evolved into theater, where he collectively combines composition, text, and design in performances such as "De Weg Terug" (The Way Back) and "De Slag om Den Haag" (The Battle for The Hague). With a clear focus on storytelling and imagination, he continues to innovate and constantly explores new directions.
